• 250 gm prawns chopped
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup mozrella cheese shredded
• 1 tsp pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp redchilli powder
• 2 tbsp all purpose flour
• 1/4 cup coriander leaves
• 2 tbsp mayonaise
• salt to taste
• oil for frying
